What is your favourite part about being in your best shape?
Feeling great and looking absolutely fantastic.
What is your least favourite part about a fitness lifestyle? Cardio & Diet
Similarly, what was the hardest part about getting into your best shape? Waking up early and going for walks and of course having no carbs,
Why did you want to change your body and fitness?
Because I always wanted to have exposed abs and to see how far I can push my body.
Did you hire a personal trainer to help you get into shape?
No, but I had plenty of help and encouragement.
If not, where did you get your health and training information from?
I had a specialised program written up for me by Nathan Brayshaw and being a trainer at a gym I understood what I had to do.
Do you work or did you previously work? Yes

What is your favourite healthy meal?
Porridge & protein together and sometimes sultanas in my porridge
Your favourite not-so-healthy food? fish
What does a typical day's diet consist of for you?
Porridge, protein, chicken & salad, more protein, steak and vegies
Do you take any products or supplements? Yes, lots.
What is your favourite exercise to do at the gym?
Definitely not cardio. I enjoy every workout to do with weights
What is the best training or health advice you have ever been given?
To have a goal or target to reach to make it all worth while.
Who are your training / body role models, and why?
Nathan & Kristi Brayshaw - not only are they wonderful people who give their all to help you reach your goals but to watch them train is a great incentive.
How do you feel about your body and yourself now?
Great - just need to maintain it.
What do you like to do in your spare time? Do you play any sports?
At the moment I have a very busy lifestyle - with my personal training business and starting up a new kids program and raising a family.
What do your family and friends think about your new look?
My husband loves it and my kids now say I have bigger muscles than Daddy.
How has improving your fitness and health changed your life?
It has given me more confidence to deal with people within my industry knowing that I have achieved what most of them would like to achieve.
What advice would you like to give other people who want to transform their bodies and lives? START NOW - NO EXCUSES
What is your biggest hope for the future?
To share my experience with others hoping that my journey will inspire others to do the same.
Is there anything else you might like to mention about your transformation? Yes my husband loves it but I have already mentioned that.
