What is your relationship status? Single

What is your favourite part about being in your best shape? The way my clothes fit and the ability I have to wear different outfits

What is your least favourite part about a fitness lifestyle? The diet and time factor

Similarly, what was the hardest part about getting into your best shape? The diet

Why did you want to change your body and fitness? I was about to step up a size in clothes and needed to make changes

Did you hire a personal trainer to help you get into shape? No

If not, where did you get your health and training information from?
YDC and my husband

Do you work or did you previously work? Yes

If so, what as? Project Manager

What is your favourite healthy meal? Omelette and steak with mushrooms and onion

Your favourite not-so-healthy food? Tuna and cottage cheese

What does a typical day's diet consist of for you? Omelette, shakes, chicken, steak and vegies

Do you take any products or supplements? Far too many. I am a professional pill popper now

What is your favourite exercise to do at the gym? Chins

What is the best training or health advice you have ever been given? My diet from YDC

Who are your training / body role models, and why? My husband, Kristi Brayshaw and Nathan Brayshaw. All 3 have shown that with dedication, hard work, discipline and effort you can achieve a perfect physique

How do you feel about your body and yourself now? I'm very happy with my body now. I still have work to do however I now know that I can do it and I can achieve my fitness and shape goal

What do you like to do in your spare time? Do you play any sports? I like to eat, shop and watch TV

What do your family and friends think about your new look? They haven't seen my new body as it is far too cold to show it

How has improving your fitness and health changed your life? I don't believe it has changed my life, rather enhanced it. I feel like a better person which means I can be a better wife, friend etc

What advice would you like to give other people who want to transform their bodies and lives? If you really want something, you will get it if you try hard enough

What is your biggest hope for the future? To compete in the NABBA show in September 2007, gracefully

Is there anything else you might like to mention about your transformation? With the help of YDC, friends and the loving support of my husband, my butt has finally started to shrink!
