I have known Nathan and his wife Kristi for about 5 years and during this time they have seen me struggle with my diet continuously.
My weight training and cardio was never a big issue for me as I enjoyed both very much and have been training for 10 years since having my first child.
Herein lies the problem, I diet REALLY badly. I go really hard for about 5 - 6 weeks, then I get lazy or something happens in my personal life and as most women tend to do, I emotional eat.
I have a nasty inner voice that tells me because I have lost 5 kilos, having an ice cream Sunday just once won't hurt. Unfortunately, once I eat something sweet, it triggers an eating binge which is hard to stop.
The thing that sets YDC apart is that Nathan recognises this response and is very empathetic towards it and as such gives you ways to combat it.
I respond really well to his high protein, high fat diet. My particular body type is very responsive to it as is very disheartening when you are working so hard and being so good.
His weight training programs are highly successful as well. I've trained with heavy weights for years, which has given me good thick muscles but of course because they are covered in body fat, I just look bulky. Nathan has got me doing lots of interval cardio and has me training with lighter weights and higher reps, and what do you know, it works! My heart rate is always elevated which makes for greater fat loss.
He is constantly studying new training techniques and Nathan and Kristi try them all out on themselves before giving them to anyone to make sure they work. That is dedication!
YDC uses all the latest training techniques from overseas and utilises only what has been proven to work. That's why I love it, I know that what I have been given to do is not going to waste my time in the gym, a pet hate.
As long as you only eat what is written for you and train as you've been told, you can not fail. It's that easy really.
In conclusion YDC has succeeded in dieting me when all else has failed. That in itself is a miracle. To throw in an overused quote,"if I can do it, anyone can!"

Before Meeting Nathan (YDC) I had experienced 4 personal trainers and had also being training in Mixed Martial Arts for 4 years and at no other place have I got not just a fantastic work out but a an education on how to look after my body and how to give it what it needs to get my desired results. I Just wanted to say thanks for helping me on the way to my health and fitness goals. Going from being a skinny 75kg guy benching 80kg to being a 90kg guy that can bench press over 120 kg's and going from eating crappy meals everyday to preparing healthy and great tasting food everyday, it's fair to say that in just under 3 months training my health and fitness life has completely changed in a way that I thought would take a couple of years. I had been a personal trainer for over 7 years and had a degree in exercise science; and thought I had a well above average knowledge on diets and training. Well that was before I met Nathan. He left me for dead!
