Before Meeting Nathan (YDC) I had experienced 4 personal trainers and had also being training in Mixed Martial Arts for 4 years and at no other place have I got not just a fantastic work out but a an education on how to look after my body and how to give it what it needs to get my desired results. I now think back to all the times of just going to the gym, having a work out and not knowing why I'm doing what I'm doing, what I should be doing instead and what I should be eating and drinking before during and after a work out and see it as wasted time. Working out with Nathan (YDC) has given me not only the best work outs I have experienced but a great insight into how the body works and how to treat it to get the best results possible.
From having the correct form and posture, to pushing out one more rep, to coaching me on how to treat my body in order to get the results that I want, Nathan has done it all and does it every session. I Just wanted to say thanks for helping me on the way to my health and fitness goals. Going from being a skinny 75kg guy benching 80kg to being a 90kg guy that can bench press over 120 kg's and going from eating crappy meals everyday to preparing healthy and great tasting food everyday, it's fair to say that in just under 3 months training my health and fitness life has completely changed in a way that I thought would take a couple of years.
